Return Policy

  •  Unopened/unused items may be returned or exchanged if accompanied by a receipt and are within 60 days of purchase:
    • If receipt is lost, management will attempt to locate past purchase in system. If found and within 60 days, we can honor refund.
    • If beyond 60 days, a store credit may be issued. This is at the discretion of management.

 

  • Opened products cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to: food and drink items, supplements, protein powders, skin care item, etc.
    • In the event of a defective product or packaging, an exchange of equal value will be made.
    • In the event a product has caused an adverse event, a refund may be issued. An Adverse Event Form must be completed for the refund to take place.
